Prepare the Package
Securely pack your unused items in their original REFY packaging to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your parcel.
Drop Off & Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is processed.
